USER REGISTRATION:
  • Users can be registered by inputting their data into VMT’s LMS Software Systems. Supervisor can manage learner accounts, issue permissions and enable learners to access courses and training resources.
  • Users are allocated to different courses and trainings based on the departments and user groups they are added into.
  • Employees need to complete all the pre-requisite trainings to access other trainings.
  • Instead of creating a course and adding each user individually, user groups can be created and these groups can be added to the courses.
  • Access to different documents depends on the role of the employee in the organization.
SCHEDULING TRAINING  SESSIONS:
  • Different types of training sessions like offline training, web training, etc. can be designed with the help of VMT’s LMS.
  • In case the trainer is absent for the session, the session will be rescheduled after due date.
DELEGATE ACCESS:
  • In the absence of the trainer, a person outside the organization can be given delegate access. He/she will take trainer’s role temporarily.
ASSESSMENTS:
  • Once the employees complete their course, assignments are automatically assigned to them. Training coordinator can test them by creating different types of assignments like multiple choice questions, True or false type questions, etc. Trainers can set a particular score the employees need to pass the test. Incase, the employee fails to achieve the required score, He/ she should will be assigned to Re-training sessions.
TEST RESULTS:
  • Training coordinators can give results to the employees based on their test score in various formats like percentages, marks, grades, pass/fail, etc.
CERTIFICATION:
  • An automatically generated certificate maybe presented to the employees after completion of the training program based on the requirement.
TRAINING PLAN:
  • Training coordinator can plan all the trainings an employee should go through well in advance with the help of VMT’s LMS.
ALERT NOTIFICATION THROUGH E-MAIL:
